Title: greetings
Post by: pablo on September 29, 2009
hi all, just came across the site this evening while searching for something completely different.

i used to frequent bcuk years ago but thats another story........... ::)
im usually down in belfast but am also found in mid ulster too on occasion.
anyway, i enjoy rough camping ,usually with a tarp and hammock and ive been a kayaking enthusiast for a few years too. mainly offshore kayak fishing to be precise...tope,cod pollock ,also do a bit of kayak fly-fishing.
its an ocean kayak prowler elite that i also use for touring/camping.

we`re planning to do 280 miles next year for a diabetes charity next year so have begun training for that recently.

you,ll be able to read about it on kayakanglingireland.com if your interested.

anyway, nice to see theres a northern ireland site for this stuff now. time for a browse i think .........................

I really want to do the Bann canoe trail. It's a lovely spot. I've done Toome to Newferry a few times but never further.
