That looks like a brilliant spot. Looked like the collie has been in for a swim as well.

It is, it says no camping but i've seen a few people camping there (always a little down the trail ~20 meters or so) and also at Leitrim Lodge picnic area just down the road. This weekend a group had 3 tents up there just beside their cars and a fire going. Maybe 10 years ago the ranger caught me camping at yellow water after i'd walked there but as i didn't have a car and was getting a lift in the morning he let me stay, this year their doesn't seem to be a ranger.
