Main interests are walking, wild camping (mainly Mournes), bushcraft, conservation and outdoor cooking.
Have just purchased a Dutch oven which to date has been used for cooking a gammon and a couple of upside down cakes, any tasty recipes appreciated. I have a friendly cocker spaniel and three kids which I am in the beginnings of getting into wild camping, I find the secret it a healthy supply of marshmallows, a stick and fire.
Look forward to possible wild camping and cooking with like minded members.
