Hi David, welcome to NI Wild.  Sound like you're getting out a bit more than many of is manage to.  Do you tend to go different places or do you have your favoured spots?  Are you into bushcrafty-type camping or is it about getting high up and getting the views?

I started of with bushcraft and do abit of it during the summer sleeping under a tarp etc but now im mainly just keeping my gear light and using boil in the bag meals and the jet boil n stuff and I have a few spots I use frequently but like to move about and use different places what about your self

I usually try to get around different places, summits, rivers, cols, wherever will take a tent or two, and the conditions permit!  If I got a night a month it'd be a good result.  I've never really engaged with the bushcraft stuff but some of it looks interesting like the upside down fire as an example.
