Saw this come up on the Gaelforce fb news feed, sadly I have other made plans but figure others may lijke the idea. The Gaelforce team are looking for volunteers for their next event on the 28th June. It is a 64km adventure race with running, cycling and kayaking. I would guess much of what they require are folks for very basic things such as standing outdoors all day marshaling check points, but they do say to mention if you have any specific skills such as first aid or life guard certifications.
The event is being run around the Glenveagh park area so great for views, plus they offer free accommodation and food.
