Hey Guys
Much as I love the Mournes I started to hate the fact that after a long day in the hills I had to start and drive home. So If anyone up this end of the country feels like getting out in the Antrim Hills more please give me I shout. I've started a wee facebook page called Craigys Walking Days for just that... days going for walks up this end. I've no problem giving out my number, just give me a shout on here first.

I would be up for some non-Mournes action. Fair head has been on my todo list for years and I've still not managed to make it up there.

I can be your fair head guide! Know it well. Tomorrow if your free there are some guys from Dublin climbing, would be good to watch!

Well I'm mid-Antrim but it can take nearly as long to get to Slieveanorra as it can Slieve Donard, due to the wee back roads. That's not to say that there isn't a bit of walking that I'd still like to do round the Antrim Hills. I was up in the Antrim Hills four or five times last year and there were a few nice spots. Perhaps when the long nights come back in we could get a quick blast up mid-week.

I there is so much diversity in the Antrim hills, Forest paths, roads, bogs, open land etc. I quite enjoy it, plus we have some spectacular coast line.
This wont retract my love of the Mournes, but I look at them as a treat lol.
