Title: Walkers welcome - Carlingford
Post by: whoRya on November 24, 2013
This is how to do a warm welcome to walkers and outdoors pursuits enthusiasts.  A chippy in Carlingford, Co. Louth.

Even if thats just a hot tap out the back it's an amazing offer that I can't imagine why anyone else doesn't do the same, folks get a quick wash and the chippy doesn't have muddy boots all over the place everyone wins.

The Lumpers Pub in Ballymakellet also offers showers. Here is a web site that tells you about it.

Why not put a list of all the places that offer showers. I start:

Ma Bakers Chip Shop, Carlingford Co. Louth
The Lumpers, Ballymakellet, Dundalk, Co. Louth
