The TX Direct was updated the other year, seems cotton proof has also been upgraded. Nice explanatory video. I know some of you guys love the likes of Craghopper Kiwi polycotton trousers (or maybe somebody has a ventile jacket) so you may be interested. You would have to wash them in tech wash or liquid soap every wash though to not strip it out again.
Most of my outdoor gear is non-cotton, but I've used the old version of this on a pair of Vans shoes. They definitely drier quicker and the dirt brushed off easier. I'll probably try this on my jeans and Howies kicks that I commute in to save me wearing overtrousers on those showery days.

Good question. The new TX Direct has a yellow sticker on the bottle, they might do the same with this.
