This was Kirk on El Capitan in Yosemite National Park. We went to see Andy Kirkpatrick (http://andy-kirkpatrick.com/) do a talk at Queens and he played it when talking about having climbed El Cap himself. Can't beat a bit of Shatner weirdness!
