lovely pictures, was that at the weekend? we had thought of going that direction ourselves but ended up going westish

Yes this was Saturday.  While under the sea fog it was very cool. When we climbed the steps at the causeway we popped out to the sunshine and it was like leaving a fridge and into an oven.
