Go back to basics and escape to the outdoors with local outdoor retailer, Cotswold Outdoor, at their annual tent show in Belfast from 11th-12th May. For the duration of the event you can find a variety of different tents pitched for you to view in a range of different sizes. Visitors can visualise and test fully functional products suitable for a variety of activities, so whether you’re an avid camper, a keen festival goer or family camper, there is something for everyone.

The event, held at the Ardnavalley Scout Centre, on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th May 2013, will showcase a great range of camping equipment, from tents, hammocks, sleeping bags, chairs, stoves and accessories. Not only can you get great offers on top-of-the-range kit, but you can also receive expert knowledge and advice from trained Cotswold Outdoor staff who will be on hand throughout the show.

There will be no fires... however there will be camping equipment such as stoves etc which is just as good (and much quicker to boil water for the cup of tea)...

Unfortunately not LandyLiam, but bring along your sleeping mat and you can at least give the tents a try during the day. ;D

Hi Jules,
We will start taking down the tents around 3pm but there will still be plenty to see all day... We stop selling at 6pm also.
If you are coming down bring your wellies as it is a bit mucky with the weather and hope to see you there!

Shame I couldn't make this. I was in Cotswolds at Boucher on Sat morn and it was fairly quiet so everyone must have been at the show. They were selling a giant Coleman Event Shelter that I'd love to have an excuse to buy :D

I was in Cotswolds on Friday buying a harness and rope on Friday. The bloke I was design with gave me the 15% discount they were offering over sat/sun. Top bloke and a great service. I also bought a new goretex coat I wasn't expecting to.

Thanks to all of you who popped in to see us at the show.  The weather might have been bad but I think everyone was happy to see what the tents could stand up to...  ;D Noel, I will pass your compliment on to the team as it's always nice to hear some good feedback so thank you for that.  RedLeader - the Coleman Event Shelter is great for sitting under even in the rain... so plenty of reasons to buy it I'm sure ;)
