Hi Phil, I've got to say that you've got a real talent with a camera in your hand, awesome pics mate.
The pic of the snow at Commedaghs shelter tower shows the amazing depth that it got to, mental!

Beaut!
Anyone going up there would need to be prepared!

I went up on friday night and the Trassey track had gone - between the snow and the wind the landscape had no features, quite surreal.
snow shoes are a must

How'd you get on? Did you stay up for the night?

Fantastic pics once again the Trassey river one looks almost like it was taken during the summer and not the nice mild spring weather we are experiencing at the mo ::) ::)

Hi Glenn. That shot of the river was taken last Thursday at 2.17pm according to the exif data stored in the file. This is the river just at the bridge on the Trassey road between the carpark and Meelmore Lodge, there was plenty of snow that day as you got higher but none in the carpark or on the road. It would be harder to take now after the snow we had last weekend.

It just goes to show what a few meters in height can do.

Great pics and trip by the looks of things. I actually done the same route today, and intend to write a wee review later on, once I get feeling back in all of my limbs.. :D
