They're really impressive photos and sounds like you had a tough time getting the shots but well worth the effort, the comparison of Lamagan from autumn to winter is fantastic.

Thanks guys. It was another good day out. The first and last shots were taken from the viewpoint at moneyscalp wood this afternoon on the way home after the sun had broken through the cloud. Did the trassey track to hares gap, slievenaglogh, corragh, comedagh and back along the brandy pad during the week, must sort out another few shots tomorrow evening maybe.

Love the pic of Ben Crom Res. That west side has taken a right hammering from the snow by the looks of it. Making my feet cold just looking at it  :D

Some of you might know him anyway, I only came across him last autumn. His name is Leslie Hanthorne and he spends a lot me time in the mountains with his big white husky.

I love the Snowy Lamagan photo contrasted with the the same shot taken in September. You should have lit a wee camp fire in the foreground though and entered it in this months Photocomp... It would have been a sure "fire" winner  ;)
