Not for the faint-hearted, join us for the Ramore Head Abseil.
Descend the sheer cliff face of Ramore, enjoying the spectacular drop to sea level and the sounds of the North Atlantic waves.
Be warned, it's then an exciting rock climb back up!
Never fear, you'll be guided throughout by our expect instructors - go on, do something really unique in 2013!
Every pound of your fundraising allows us to provide more hours of Marie Curie nursing care within your own local community; free care to the terminally ill. What could be a more rewarding fundraising challenge?
