Hi,
Liam here. A casual week-end hill-walker. All for fun, but if it helps to counteract the downsides to middle-age, all the better. Mostly in the Mournes. Like hearing about new routes and corners I have not visited. I have a tendency to stop every minute or so to photograph something "interesting".

Welcome to the forum Liam.
You're in good company, we have everything here from occasional weekend walkers to mountain madmen who go missing for weeks at a time.
There are always new trips being arranged, there's always something to come along to.
Have you been out into the snow yet?

Yes, Aragorn, I chanced the snow on Saturday. From the top of the granite trail to the ice house. Felt like an intrepid explorer!
