The Banff Mountain Film Festival is coming to Belfast for the first time.
Tickets are only £12.50, the show starts at 7pm on Saturday April 13th.
I think I may buy some tickets, these films never fail to give me goesebumps.

Following sold-out shows seen by more than 10,000 people across the UK last year, the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour is returning in early 2013 with 36 screenings planned across the UK and Ireland with an expected audience figure of over 17,000. The World Tour travels the globe every year visiting more than 390 communities and over 35 different countries, underlining the worldwide popularity of this mind-blowing festival and the action sports it represents.
The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour is produced by The Banff Centre, based in the Canadian Rockies, and features award-winning films and audience favourites from over 300 films entered in the annual festival. Last year’s festival was held between 27 October and 4 November 2012 and featured an extraordinary range of films.

-

-
Yeah also saw that on facebake.. Looks good.
-
That looks excellent, there's a varied roster of films with maybe more to be added, they'll look great on a big screen.
-
My birthday is near that date, maybe an idea ;D
-
Every time I watch that video I get so jealous.
Now anyone that knows me should know I am not affraid of heights but after the guy that comes off his bike @ 2:28 i get a little vertigo seeing that guy going over the cliff.
-

No way in hell I'm missing this

I could join you in wagamama, but I'd need to nip out for the main course afterward ;-)
-
oh i'm not sure about this waggymama place, not sure supernoodles will fill me, thats my camping food! will see what the kids say
-
Their food tastes nice but its expensive for what amounts to basically a snack
-
Hoping to meet up for nibbles in Victoria square about 5.30pm
-
You know, I could tackle a wagamama rightly today. Chicken katsu curry, sticky rice and a big glass of plum wine.
We'll see what the consensus is at vic sq anyhow
-
Well what can I say. That was totes amazballs. The film of cas and jonesy going to the South Pole and back was amazing.

Oh my gosh, I TOTALLY concur, those lads were super awesome. Aleks Gamme, he Norweigan was a LEGEND in the truest sense of the word.
What about wee Ernest - wasn't he pretty darn fab too!!
Folks I big time recomend that you attend this next year. ;D
-
Aleks Gamme was the man of the show. I enjoyed watching Honnold 3.0 but that kinda sportsmanship you just don't see any more. An adventurer and a gentleman of the highest calibre.
-
I cant belive that Aleks Gamme waited 3 days for them, he must of been bored out of his mind.
-
Chatting away to Wilson, or whatever his wee mate was called lol
