Well Santa seems to have left an ipad behind when he was visiting the other night, now i'm new to all this istuff ??? , so what apps do you recommend?
-
Not apple maps! ;D

My top 5 (could bore you with top 20 but won't ::))
1) NI Wild.... no further intro needed
(Just bookmark it to the homescreen... or hand it to someone in the know)
2) Everytrail Pro .... this one you can download maps from all kinds of walks all over the world. People review them and post their pics / give their tips. The pro version works without internet which is handy
3) Find my iphone .... works on ipad too.
4) Trip Advisor .... Find online reviews and nuggets of info about anywhere you visit: attractions, hotels, pubs etc
5) Kindle App .... turns your Ipad into your own personal library.
**If you haven't got a case I'd recommend the "Griffin Survivor" case especially if you're taking it outdoors. I've the smaller version for the Iphone and it's saved it more times than enough!
