Title: Tollymore hotrock

Met up with Big E,Annie anne & alanrsv last night at Tollymore for a go on the wall,it's been well over a year since i had a harness on and i was looking forward to it. :P
Shannon was with me again & was eager to have a wee go at this climbing lark.Many thanks for all the guidance & patience Anne & big e had.

It was a great night and plenty of craic.. just a pity it closed at 10pm  :)

Good nights climbing, the time flew by,john and shannon did really well both making it to the top using just one colour. Great stuff!  :)

Meant to say... it was great to see Alanrsv too! we'll have to organise another wee day out when the weather turns better, with edd of course..... maybe somewhere a little warmer than Eagle rock :-\  :)

Looking forward to getting up there myself.. On the plus side my youff club finished tonight so I'm free next Thursday if anyone wants to climb

I like the angle of the photos MourneMan, is there a viewing platform at Hotrocks looking down on the wall or are you hanging on a rope on the other side? I've never been there so don't know how it's laid out.

Cheers, makes more interesting photos as you can fit a lot more of the wall in and gets a better since of scale.
