Hi everyone,  im Ian  living in Belfast but grew up in Newtownards,  been active in the outdoors for most of my young 42years,  Im a level3 kayak coach, open boater, (my passion)  Mountain Leader,  and working towards SPA,  out of action for a few weeks, just ruptured my Achilles Tendon and in plaster.  had a fall, climbing on Pigeon Rock. 
     
         Hope to meet up with you guys in time,
