I am up at Belfast Activity centre this week doing the three day first Aid. The guys were telling me about the spring fare this weekend.
BAC are opening the Caveing, climbing and highropes this weekend to the public. £5 donation to charity for 40min taster sessions.
Thought loads on here would be interested. The set up is brilliant might try get up myself.

Cool...
May go myself...
What course you on, i've been thinking about doing one, is it any good...?

I am doing the Rescue Emergency Care (REC) 3 Day course. It is very informative and really gives you confidence about what you should or shouldn't do. The hands on approach as supposed to all classroom stuff is a real benefit. I think you learn more when you have to do it.
Highly recommend BAC good bunch. I have done a few of the basic one day courses with them as well.

Yep, it's Mrs. Drongo's first course after having Drongo junior. Apparently she doesn't carry a first aid kit any more because it doesn't fit in the nappy bag.
the cave at BAC is great fun, well worth a fiver.

Haha good job I wasn't slagging her then. She is very good at her job and not saying that because you were rumbled ;D honestly wouldn't have known she was away. Now I am bound to get a pass! LOL
I was on a basic one before she left for maternity.
