Title: Orienteering Coaching

On Saturday 21st April NI Orienteering will be holding a Coaching Day in Portglenone Forest starting at 10am. The Coaching Day is open to all ages and abilities (complete beginners to Elites)- school groups welcome. There will be 3 different coaching groups- Beginners & Young Juniors, Older Juniors & Seniors and Veterans (over 45s?). After the coaching there will be a race that you can take part in (starts times from 12-1). There will be two courses to choose from: Orange & Light Green-ish Coaching Day- £5 (£3 for Juniors) Race- £5 (£3 for Juniors) Coaching Day+Race- £7 (£5 for Juniors) Please confirm your attendance to help with map printing: coaching@niorienteering.org.uk

having tried this for the first time last weekend i can thoroughly recommend it, great fun, great for improving your navigation ( imagine using a map with each tree marked on it  :o ) , and if you want to run the course its great for fitness too
