Much as I love the hills, I'm a big fan of nights by the water. Watching the sun set and listening to the waves all night is incredibly relaxing. Does anyone know any good spots, by any water is fine, though sea is preferable.

Loads of spots in this area red http://www.ni-wild.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=2244.msg23543#msg23543 anywhere from killard right up the coast to sheepland, usual story, pitch late leave early, you might not see the sun setting, but you'll see it rising! ;D

Hi Redleader, this is a place that i 'will' be at before the summers over, its called Kinbane head on the north coast. A crackin spot looking out towards rathlin, if you want you can go rite out on the peninsula to the castle for a camp and your totally concelled by the surrounding hills.

There is a great wee spot above the limestone kilns at the very bottom of Murlough Bay. Park at the kiln or up in the car parks. go above the kilns then. nice place to be.
