Title: yellow bouys!!

have been past the blue lough on many occassions in the last 6 months and the one constant is the 2 yellow bouys close to the slopes of lamagan,does any one know what they signify? or who put them there?

Funny you should ask I noticed them myself lately,was discussing it with Matmoo & rusty the other day,I'll tr to find out
