Title: Advice about scratch on camera lens

Looking for some advice about me Nikon,coolpix s8000,i've had this camera for a few years now & think its great,recently i've noticed some of my photo's appear to have light lines running along them

as seen here on the evergreen tree's,question is,is there a repair i can do to fix this or do i just need to buy a new camera,any advice would be super guys ::)

I remember sending a camera off to Nikon for repair (different fault) about 2 years ago, they quoted £60 to fix it, it only cost me £50 to buy the camera new  :o

It doesn't look like a scratch on the lens to me. Looks like greasy mark? I'm guessing you have tried wiping it etc. or it could even be something to do with the sensor, im guessing that because of the white shades in the photo.
