Title: Wee Binnians Walkers on BBC Radio 4 - Ramblings.

The Wee Binnians are Northern Irelands bigest walking club were on the radio. The programme was presented by Claire Balding (of BBC Horse Racing pundit fame). We recorded it on Fri 13th Jan in a glorous sunshine. The Mournes was looking its very best. Here are the photos

I was just back from the Mournes and as I was sitting in the bath it came on the radio.... spooky!  :-\ Was a brilliant programme

I see a couple of relatives of mine in that picture  :)  the wee binians does look like a good club, if i was going to join a club, that would be the one   ;)

I did try listening to the walk on iplayer, but its hard to listen to a walk, if you know what i mean  ???

Listened to it last night.  I found it surprisingly easy to listen to.  Yer man can hold a good tune.

I got jealous if them while i was listenening, them out in the hills and me stuck indoors  ;D

That was our Chairperson Mick O'Driscoll. He is a very talented singer. It was a great day and it was recorded on Fri 13th Jan. Thankfully nothing bad happened. Have to say both Claire Balding, the presenter and Sarah Conkey, the sound engineer were very nice. They were very impressed. Here are photos of our day with Claire Balding and the BBC Radio 4 Team:
