Any M T B ers in the group fancy a bit off biking?? trying to get back in2 it after my illness  :-\ I think i'm fit enough to give a fue down hill runs ago  :P so drop me a wee line if ur up for it..

its something i'd like to try, my mtb has no suspension though, where are you thinking of going?

was thinking off tollymore m8 nothin to xstreem
so i rackon ur bike would be ok for it might get a bit bumpy in places

Your arms and legs are the best suspension there is.  Sure a full sus bike will feel smoother but you don't need suspension to ride the trails we have.

tollymore sounds good harry, now i just need to find some free time, i take it your very flexible? by the way i passed through tollymore recently and noticed some bike tracks were closed off due to that tree disease floating about

yea m8 free most days ... I heard that about the trees but i'm sure there will be some runs open i'll go up this wk & have a wee look around to c what the story is...
