Bought a 2nd hand Kayak from gbhvespa.

Took it straight down to the Lagan for a quick paddle. Was great to have a canoe that I can carry easily on my own and its a doddle to get it on and off the car. However I was suprisingly unstable in it and I couldn't get it to track in a straight line on moving water, I kept getting spun round - didn't fall in thankfully. I thought it would all come back to me after kayaking a bit when I was young but it seems like I'll need a few pointers from someone seasoned - it's definately different to paddling the Canadian ;D

grr awe cant see picture :( if you want a wee lesson anytime next week give me a shout and I can stick the wee boat in the car i'm itching to get out for a paddle.
