Not employed however I am a DofE leader for over 15yrs and also a Gold Award Acredited Assessor...
What's your question, the collective are always more knowledgeable than the professionals...  ;o)

Wow!  I'm v impressed Drongo - an extensive background...putting us newbies to shame!  The query is more around the purchasing of gear at the stores itself - HighlandPaddy has put his paw in the air and hopefully he can point me in the reight direction
