Title: A little thankyou.
Post by: Rumblebum on November 26, 2011
As some of you may know, whorya and myself had a really rough experience when we decided to camp on chimney rock one stormy night and this resulted in us coming back to our car with several bent tent poles.

These then sat in my spare room for a while as i decided what to do get the tent back into action, it yearns for the mountains.
So i decided that id would take it back to where i bought it at the Cotswold store in Boucher, they kindly sent off the broken poles back to vango to see if they could be repaired or replaced and i waited to see the outcome and the cost.
I got a phonecall this week to say that id received new poles free of charge from vango but id have to pay the delivery charges, and hey i was more than happy with this, great news, then when i got there today to pick them up they covered the delivery of the poles without me even suggesting it.
Ive got to know a few of the guys from the shop and fair play to them for that,it was very kind, that said i did walk out with a new jacket under my arm, the mountain equipment Fitzroy jacket and it rocks, hang on, did they work a move on me lol ;)

Fair play to Cotswold and Vango.
