the delaminated quad muscle made me squirm a bit, glad i was watching it in low resolution

isn't it weird that all climbing stories and films involve injuries and worse, yet i still want to climb  ???

I'm on my second course to enable me to take my son climbing.....  dont think i want him doing it after seeing this  :o
