There is nothing in the rules about not being able to vote multiple times, I've found that your can vote multiple times with the same email address from the same computer, they don't seems to be using cookie or IP blocking

Post by: suspectmonkey on November 24, 2011: Great news getting nominated, well done! As Chuck says you don't actually need to have a Facebook account to complete the survey, just tick the relevant boxes and click the Submit button at the end.
