maybe a bit to much manual labour for me though :)

A temporary position has been made available through funding from NIEA to carry
out erosion control and path repair work in the Mourne Mountains
As a result, MHT is seeking a Seasonal Countryside Officer to work as part of an
Upland Path Team on specific sites identified under the above programme
The post will commence in November 2011 (date to be confirmed) and will run until
31 March 2012. The work is funded by NIEA in order to repair and restore sites that
have suffered erosion due to recreational impact. This requires the post holder to
operate as part of a small team led by a foreman, which may also work alongside
private contractors, to ensure the works are completed by 31 March 2012. The
upland path team will be supervised by the Area Ranger.
So it looks like we should be getting some more better paths to walk on, wonder were they'll be?
