QuoteThe daughter of explorer David Hempleman-Adams has taken to a supermarket freezer and braved temperatures of -27C as she prepares for a trip to the Antarctic.
Amelia Hempleman-Adams, 16, of Wiltshire, is hoping to become the youngest person to ski to the South Pole.
She will join her father on the expedition which begins on 18 November when they leave the UK.
Good luck to her.
Fair play to her but has nobody told her of the joys of a choc pop?
Much better than hanging around a street corner (http://bestsmileys.com/cold/10.gif) good luck girl :)
