The daughter of explorer David Hempleman-Adams has taken to a supermarket freezer and braved temperatures of -27C as she prepares for a trip to the Antarctic.
Amelia Hempleman-Adams, 16, of Wiltshire, is hoping to become the youngest person to ski to the South Pole.
She will join her father on the expedition which begins on 18 November when they leave the UK.
