Title: The Ice House in Donard Forest
Post by: RedLeader on June 01, 2009
I'd like to go up to the ice house for a look around and I'm wondering what the easiest route up from Newcastle is. Do I have to follow the a forest walk or can I just hoof straight to it?

Yeah man the handy way up is the forrest path.
It only takes about 30-45mins (unless you bring the boy might take abit longer)

There is a rangers path that snakes it way up, You'll cross ot a few times but i've never walked it.
