Nearly forgot this event is on tomorrow!  Anyone planning on going?  I'm hoping to head up with Kat so if anyone would like to meet up give me a shout.

This is a free event.

Celebrate the Autumn Solstice in style at Carnfunnock Country Park.  Come and discover some of the crafts which are slowly disappearing from our lives.  Smell and taste the wonders of the Autumn and don’t forget to visit the N. Ireland Bushcraft Association for tips on surviving the great outdoors.  View the scarecrows we need to scare away our unwanted feathered friends and take part in Carnfunnock Country Parks annual Conker Championships.

I'm tempted to bring the kids up, but my day is steadily filling up with other commitments  >:(  will give you a shout if i go, i know where to find you (under the parachute cooking noodles  ;) )

Bah, I missed this was on! I'm off Sunday's now and was hoping to catch one of the bushcraft sessions.
