Northern Ireland has some great outdoors spots but it can't hold a candle to true wilderness.

Yeah, packrafts are awesome. Serious explorer kit  8)

If you're really good at bushcraft though you'd make a coracle with your groundsheet, although I doubt this can be done in a few minutes.
