Heading up to Slieve Donatd tomorrow with the ball and chain, and the young fella. Leaving Bloody Bridge carpark about 11am if anybody wants to join the trek. More than welcome. :D ;D
-
Hope you got back safely, I hear mountain rescue where out on Donard twice today :o
-
Heard there was another airliifting. I'm itching for a bit of hiking but alas I'm family lunch bound.
-
So how was Donard?
-
We only got about a third of the way up but the Wife couldnt go any further, as she has bad joints at the moment. We did however see the helicopter heading up the first time, seemed to be heading for Binnian, not sure though.

Fair enough, it's not about getting to the top, it's about having fun outdoors!

I saw it flying over the M1 in the evening, probably heading home.
