Ok, good news, got the better half into this camping larkey ;D
Bad news she's complaining the tunnel tent is too small :(
So in the market for a geodesic with a good bit of head room (she is 6ft tall afterall ;)). Need something three season for the winter trips with the chaps.
Open to offers/suggestions...may be a Vango Tempest on here soon if I get sorted (though it'll be hard to say goodbye :'()
Many thanks
Hud

Having a fair few tents myself hopefully this will be a useful suggestion for you. I am looking at the North Face Tadpole 23 DL, this would meet your needs

Other suggestions would be the likes of the Marmot Grid and The North Face Big Fat Frog

I agree the Tadpole is a cracking tent and mine has served me well from summit camps to heavy snow to mountain marathons. Luckily I picked mine up (on this forum) for £70 not sure I'd be willing to part with the full price but It is a cracking tent.
