i was just getting over the cold as well so i wouldn't have been quite on form, necks better now though, amazing what a night on a 2.5cm thick bed will do for you ;D

(i try but never do) .. the breath is pretty powerful during this practice.. so dont do it at night or you'll not sleep :o
Also dont do it until you cant breath. come back to the 'above prayer reach' (above your head) take a few breaths till you come till you own breath, breathing normal)then bend again,
