Title: H&DCPLC's Forest Watch - Anyone heard of it?
Post by: ChuckMcB on June 14, 2011
Saw this tonight in Hillsbrough Forest:

"Forest watch" anyone know anything about it?

Hopefully it's not just a Hillsbro' thing.

(the kids may drink and light fires in the forest but it's never been set alight...which makes them not the worst in the world IMHO)

I'm always in two minds about this sort of thing. It's true that the outdoors needs protected and preserved but at the same time, what are you saving it for if you're not allowed to use it.

Yes the big picture of a castle seems to suggest you should stay out!

That would sum hillsbourgh up , they won't allow planning permission for a chip shop as it will lower the tone of the village ,
