Title: £2.99 Roll mat! Poundstretchers
Post by: Oisín on May 02, 2011
Purchased a roll mat today for £2.99 @ PoundStretchers, I couldn't resist.  :D

Its pretty comfy, and would be a good buy for all the price of it.

Dimensions are 180 x 150 x 0.5cm   so its pretty long, was surprised when I first rolled it out..

Hope this can help anyone needing a spare like me. (Use an inflatable one and will keep this as spare, even though I can't see this inflatable breaking, comes with a lifetime guarantee) ;D

that's not a bad price, but I've got them cheaper at £1.98 in B&M Bargains...that was last year though and I've noticed alot of camping things are a little bit more expensive. I always keep a few for putting under airbeds to insulate the airbed from the cold ground, although I've got into the habit of using my SIM now and really notice how warm they are in comparison to airbeds!

My Karrimor X-Lite 3/4 length self-inflating mat is likely to end up in the classifieds very shortly as finally gave in and bought a POE Peak Elite sleeping mat.  Looks like the ticket, as long as I don't end up with a puncture :)

feels cheap at £20... i'm tempted... but... its not the way of the bivvy, which says... that we must suffer if we want to enjoy the outdoors !

Was really interested in that, I wasn't sure it was out yet.  Went for POE Cruiser Lite instead.
