Hi all,
Haven't been on here in quite a while but it's that time of year again where I'm looking to set a couple of challenges to work towards.
Done the Mourne Wall in a day last year and am thinking of doing it again this year (maybe in reverse). Anyone know any other good challenges around the Mournes?
Paul

The 7 7's is my goal.
all of the mountains over 700m (that does include Meelmore)

If you've done the Mourne Wall in a day then I can't think of anything more challenging other than maybe adventure racing.

Going to do this come August. We done some of it last year as part of training for the Trailtrekker. Started very late but had got to Ben Crom for the cut-off but one of the lads had blistered quite badly and didn't want to go on. Looking forward to completing it this year!

Hi Paul, I'd give the Mourne 500 (http://www.ni-wild.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=1657.0) a blast :)

I had a look at the Mourne 500 before. Possible over 2 days (amazed to see some people done it in one day!) and looks some challenge.
I would love to take it on but having problems with my knee so not sure it would hold up to the abuse!
One to bear in mind should I get the knee sorted!
