REC Level 2 (Emergency First Aid)
Rescue and Emergency Care

A two day HSE approved first aid course recognised by outdoor sport governing bodies including MLTB, BCU
and RYA. This is the entry course on the REC scheme and is certified for 3 years – a must for all outdoor
enthusiasts and instructors.

No previous first aid training is required to attend this course.

On this course we focus on dealing with incidents in remote locations, with the minimal equipment you would carry
while participating in or leading outdoor activities. The emphasis is on practical skills with plenty of hands-on
practice, including lots of outdoor scenarios of real situations.

Day One (22nd March 2011) - 09:00 – 17:00
Day Two (23rd March 2011) - 09:00 – 17:00
