Yep. Got caught out like that a few times myself.

They always are different to the mainland - or the "Big Island" if you prefer to call it that.

For local offers you have to go into lidl.ie

I was baffled why it kept telling me my nearest store was Stranraer ;D

Sometimes the mainland offers come over here a few weeks later. Not always but sometimes.
