Some of you have asked for a video on my First Aid Kit.
Here it is ;D

One thing I would most definitely add is Immodium or any other anti-diarrhea drug. Have seen it rescue what could otherwise have been a pretty nasty walk off the hills. Best bit of kit advice I ever got on any outdoor first aid course was to roll a load of duct tape round a pencil. Pens are useless if its wet and you need to write a note and duct tape is great for everything from kit emergencies to ensuring that that bandage stays on!

I've packed Immodium in my FAK ever since we had the fire cooking session at Donard Wood! "Oh ye of little faith" they cried, but personally I'd rather take Immodium than have to pre-dig holes with the toilet trowel :D
