End of line clearance for 2010 models. On main tera nova web site .
Hard to find on website, will post links soon.
I ordered one!
-
Field n trek are good on price aswell.
-
I ordered one!
After a bad night with a tarp on Binnian I bought a new tent as well :D
-
Yep Suspect, like when the weather is wild, having somewhere dry to change\sleep seems very important to me now! Though the other guys manage it without a tent, I'm still a bit of a nubber !

I'm being a nosey git but what tent you get ;D

Bit of a boob on their website.
The red one says "RRP £235 £240"!

The green laser competition......
They are reorganising their website so things are all messed up.....
They also seem to have put the prices up a bit....
The red one was cheaper then the green one, I asked if they'd sell me the green one for the same price as the red one, and they said, aye - alright!
So, I got it for £224 + £10 delivery....

I still insist its either a tent, or a bivvy by itself. Personally I still struggle to see the appeal of a tarp. A 3x3 tarp with walking poles and bivvy bag is heavier than most lightweight tents, and for all that kit you get a giant kite with no head room. I know some will say that you feel more outdoors under a tarp, but from my own experience I just end up trying to make a tarp the same shape as a tent anyway. If you want to sleep under the stars then do it properly and just use a bivvy bag. If you want some shelter, just use a tent :) Looking forward to seeing your Laser Mike!
That said, a Tarptent (http://www.tarptent.com/) is perfectly acceptable in my book :)
