I'm getting an itch to buy one of these.....no idea what I would use it for...summit tipi?

The NIBA Blog had a good write up on a meet where they used a parachute as a shelter.

They might be able to give you a few ideas, although I reckon if we used one as a summit tipi we would quickly find ourselves blown to Rathlin Island ;)

I've seen them used plenty as a shelter in forests but I'm guessing they're not too wind friendly. We could get one as a quick way to get down from summit camps :D
