I joined the cavehill Conservation group 2 years ago, sent in my subscription cheque and never heard a thing back, didn't bother joining again this year..

Was only a fiver, not much, but I was willing to go along and help with the clean up and things, just a bit miffed I never heard back..

Awk well, win some lose some, but it is nice to know.
I go up to the cave hill some weekends with my niece, we bring a plactic bag each, and pick up what we can.

I've never found it to be that untidy. It's not spotless but also not a complete tip.

Its not that bad jonno, its mostly bottles you find. I just put them in the bins at the Zoo car park. Its also good to show my 8 year old neice at a young age to look after are stunning land scap. ;)

would anyone like to join the pablos back yard clean-up volunteers? 20 quid gets you a badge made from a bottle top and you wont ever hear from me again :D
actually im sure a few members wouldnt mind paying 20 quid to see the back of me ::) ;D ;D ;D make it 50. :-*
