Hi all, does anyone practice the Leave No Trace elements or when you go outdoors do you leave a trace behind you.

The only trace I leave a dog would need to sniff out

Well, I leave footprints, but pack out rubbish obviously and try to leave a natural environment as I found it (if somewhere is already an established campsite I'll leave fire rings in place, crossed sticks marking old latrines etc, but will try to take any other rubbish about).
I'm responsible but not a ninja.

I do my best.
It helps you to travel light when you know what ever containers (cans, bottles etc) you take in are coming home with you.
Hammocks are good, but you need trees or ingenuity, so I stick with trees and don't hammock that often. A quick set up, less squashed grass than a tent, and more relaxing IMHO.

Someone may find this of interest.
