Title: Females campers?

Heya,

I've been browsing the site for a while now and I'm gettin the impression that most of the people going wild camping/hiking are male.

So I'm just wondering how many hotel-hating women are out there in forum land?!

Yeah, probably mostly males (we love to play with fire) but theres half a dozen or more ladies have been out with us.

We've had quite a few ladies on our courses, but I'd have to agree that the majority are Men.

I'm a woman on my own but wild camping isn't my thing. I'd rather use a campsite as a base and do all my walking from there.
